Ngassa Dindi
Ngassa Dindi is a Managing Partner at Lexglobe LLP. He was born at Shinyanga, Tanzania on 19 April 1966. He was admitted to practice law in Tanzania in 1998. He is also admitted to practice law in Zanzibar (which is autonomous part of the United Republic of Tanzania). Ngassa is a graduate of the University of Dar es Salaam (LL.B 1992). He is also a graduate of the London School of Economics - University of London (LL.M Corporate and Commercial Law 1995). Further, Ngassa is a graduate of the University of Brussels (LL.M International and Comparative Law 1996). In 2005, Ngassa pursued drafting course at Grays Inn, London.
Ngassa taught Corporate and Commercial Law at the Institute of Finance Management in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania from 1992 to 1999. During this time, he practiced law on part time basis as an associate at Mkono & Co in association with Denton Wilde Sapte. In 1997, Ngassa was seconded to Herbert Smith in London where he worked in a Corporate Recovery Department. From 1999 to 2003, Ngassa was a Senior Legal Counsel at the Tanzanian Privatization Commission. In 2000, Ngassa was seconded to Denton Wilde Sapte (Energy and Infrastructure Department) in London as part of professional development program. Ngassa is an active member of Tanganyika Law Society. He is a Fellow of Association of Fellows and Legal Scholars of the Centre for International Legal Studies, Salzburg, Austria.

Issa Maige
Issa Maige is a litigation Partner at Lexglobe LLP. Issa is one of the best trial lawyers in the country. Recently, he has been involved in complex commercial trials. He was born at Bariadi, Tanzania on 14 April 1969. He was admitted to practice law in Tanzania in 2002. Issa is a graduate of the University of Dar es Salaam (LL.B 1998). He possesses LL.M degree from the University of Dar es Salaam.
Prior to joining Lexglobe LLP, Issa worked as resident magistrate in the Ministry of Justice, Government of Tanzania. Issa works on part time basis as Lecturer in law at Tumaini University, Tanzania. Issa is an active member of Tanganyika Law Society and East African Law Society.
